By attending a Collision Series event or accessing our Services, you agree to these Terms.
- 1. Broadcast & Media Rights Recording Notice - By entering a Collision Series event, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and recorded. You grant us the right to use your likeness in all media worldwide in perpetuity without compensation. Content Ownership - All event broadcasts, recordings, and materials are the exclusive property of Collision Series LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit this content without our written permission.
- 2. All trademarks, logos, event names, and associated content are owned by Collision Series LLC or used under license. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
- 3. Assumption of Risk - Attendance at live events may involve risks including, but not limited to, injury, illness (including COVID-19 exposure), and other hazards. You attend at your own risk. Release of Liability - To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive all claims against Collision Series LLC, its affiliates, staff, and partners for any loss, injury, or damage.
- 4. You agree not to Record or stream events without authorization. Engage in harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior. Interfere with the experience of other attendees or viewers.
- 5. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New Jersey.
